windows media player 11

Upgraded to windows media player 11 but having a problem. When playing aa file sent via email the video will play then black out. Audio is still there but no picture.

Any suggestions. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but problem is still there. :P

Sounds like you are missing the codecs needed.
Download K-Lite Codec pack (full version)
http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

It may correct the issue as well.
