type msinfo......or hwinfo in the run box .....this will tell you more.........and tell us more ...info on sys!exe

All you have to do is find out what kind of RAM you need, go to the computer store, buy the RAM, and put it inot the Memory slot. (You will see other RAM stick(s) there...)
