RESET ?? CTRL+ALT+DEL ??

Hi there everybody. This is my first time to join this forum. By the way, I need to know something. Are there any consequences if I press the RESET button at my CPU rather than using the CTRL+ALT+DEL key? Is that harmful to my computer?

Only use RESET if computer is completely "locked-up".
