When you say cannot cennect, do you mean you the dsl light doesn't light up? If it does, you can try going to Control Panel->Then click on network connections. Then click local area connection. Look over at the details panel and it should say what your IP adress is. Open your browser, and type in your IP adress. A page should come up saying what your ISP is. If it says internet connection is down, click connect. If it fails, type in your user ID then press connect. If that doesnt work, reboot your modem then click connect. If it says your ASLD connection is down, contact your ISP.
