Symantec email problem....help!!!

It was uniblu something or other.  I deleted it.

I don't know what's going on there. When you go to my link, it looks like this:

I downloaded it again but then I don't get that screen.  It just places a folder somewhere that says regseeker.  It's not working for me for some reason.

Where do you have that folder?
Does it have RegSeeker.exe file in it? If so, double click on it.

I'm running a search for it.

My emails are still coming in the same way.

Oh my word I finally got it going.  I entered Symantec and it found 14 items.  Should I delete all of them?

I deleted 10 that had the word symantec in it but the other four doesn't say symantec but it must be safe to delete them because that's what I asked it to search for.

There were 8 Norton files in there.  Maybe this is going to work!!!

Delete all of them, even, if you need to enter Safe Mode.
