hi. my computer restarts when i shut down. but when i unplug my modem cable, this problem does not occur. i dunno how but everytime i unplug the modem cable, its normal. can someone tell me what to do? also, sometimes my com restarts on its own. i have checked the other posts. my com is not overheated and also have disabled the auto restart. lastly, sometimes, when i switch on the com, the cpu has the lights on and the fan is running. but the monitor and the mouse recieves no signal. i make sure that the connection is secure but yet, nothing. restarting or switching it off then on does no good. does any kind soul know what the problem is.
