I have a Toshiba Satellite 110cs laptop computer, which is new to me. Is it possible to have wireless network on this particular laptop?

What operating system is installed on it?
    Are these specs right?

Possibly. If I'm looking at the right specs (link), you should have a PC Card slot. You can buy a wifi pc card from www.newegg.com for around $35 and see if it works. It will be difficult to find one that can support such a low speed cpu, however.
