cant sign in any more

Hi, I hope somebody can help me out. i have always been able to check my hotmail emails at home, check work emails at home and been able to book virgin tickets online but  i cant anymore. i either get page cant be found or nothing shows up at all? what could be weong with my computer? i can check yahoo email though, somebody, please help me.

Do you have a firewall? If so, what level is it on? Also, is your computer accepting cookies?
