I don't understand. Where is 0KB file coming from, and where is 3.75KB file coming from?

      The two different sizes are two seperate pictures, from the same person, in two seperate emails. 

      I saved the pictures on a different computer today and they opened just fine.

        The one that I attached for you that was 3.75kb does not open full size on my computer, though.  It will open it whatever program I am using, but only the same size as the thumbnail that is in my email.  On other computers it opens full size, though.

        Also, the one that is 0kb will open fine on other computers.

        I've never heard of any computer, which would open 0KB file. Mine, obviously, doesn't open your 0KB file, so I guess, there is something wrong with my machine.
        Second image (3.75KB) is only 113x150 pixels, so how do you want to open it in full screen? Full screen, depending on monitor resolution, may be like 1280×720 pixels. Surely, you can save 150x113 image as 1280×720 image, but it'll be very grainy, and blurry.
