We have several users with Outlook 2000 and 2003 that are missing attachments sometimes. The attachments are not exe or pif or others that would be blocked, but things such as jpegs and pdf documents. Forwarding the message to another user works fine, and using the Outlook Web Access (Exchange 2007) The attachments show up fine. We do not get the Outlook has blocked this attachment message, nor is there any sign that the attachment is even there. The odd thing is looking at the message properties, it shows that the message is say, 41K, including 1 attachments. So outlook sees the attachment is there, but wont let you do anything with it.
All PCs are running windows XP, and I have done the Outlook and windows updates, and checked that the option for only download messages less than a certain size is turned off.
Any suggestions would be great,
Thanks,
Matt
