I started to use my printer to scan some files and when I turned it off it said shutting down, but for some apparent reason it does not shut down. I disconnected the wire from the back of the printer and then reconnected it, but nothing seems to work. My printer is an hp psc 1610 all in one. I need some advice on what to do.
