Windows Media Maker - Can't Save

I am trying to save my movie in my computer, but it says i don't  have enough space, when i have 38gigs, the file isn't there, when it's never been moved, and some other stuff...how do i fix this?

      media maker will not compress the video unless told to do so. It may easily be 38 GIG or more.

      I had some footage of a snow trip i edited with windows movie maker and b4 publishing to dvd it was 112GB.

      how long is the movie? you may have to do it in segments or buy an external harddrive for that project.

      External HDD's are really cheap.

      And easy to use just plug it in and your cooking!!

        Maybe see if you can save a short 2 - 3 minute movie. It should be a lot smaller than 38 GB and therefore it should save, assuming everything else is ok...
