About 25% of the time my screen saver fails to start. It is set to turn on after 10 minutes of inactivity and the monitor is set to turn off after 20 minutes but this fails to happen far too often. I can restart the computer and most of the time the problem is corrected for a while but then it happens again. My OS is WIN XP PRO.
