I finally got the win 98 program downloaded, but the computer will not communicate with my Ignition computer through the 9-pin serial port. What could be causing this issue? I've looked at the ports to try to configure them with no luck.

The tec II is a ecu for a 6 cylinder car. But I'm wondering if the new computer with 98 added to it is to fast for the ecu to keep up and thus cannot recieve the input from the computer to change the programs.Any Ideas, would be appreciated. The ecu has to run offf of a dos 2.1 program so I'm not sure what the issue could be.............. ???
