    Error opening Command Prompt

    I got an error when i open my CMD prompt,, and my computer shut down automatically,, i dont know whats the problem,,
    can any one help to solve this,, i dont like to format it because its a server.,

        im using windows XP SP2
        512MB
        80G
         My mother board Asus P4S333-M
