This city is headed for a disaster of biblical proportions.

    wasnt that off of Ghostbusters?

and yes nanotech is all ready in the making and it has been in the making for a while, reasearching Nanotech has helped us shrink the cell phone and the computer. by down-sizing the chips inside them.
If you dont know DOS, you dont know Windows...

Thats why Bill Gates created the Windows NT Family.

and subsequently, when the products flooded the market and user demand was low, they used their down-sizing skills to down-size their own companies. Now that's application of knowledge!

Yeah I would have to say that there were a a few people here that any of the below would apply to.

Few fries short of a happy meal.
Not playing with a full deck.
Elevator doesn't go all the way to the top.
Few eggs short of a dozen.
Not the brightest bulb to ever burn.
Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
Few stands off bottom. (Oilfield term)
Few cans short of a six pack.
When they leave home they are depriving their village of an idiot.
          You can't fix Stupid!!!
