Internet explorer is not workin

Internet explorer is not working when i click on it it loads up then a box pops up saying

Regsvr32
No DLL NAME SPECIFIED

Did you try uninstalling, restarting, and then reinstalling?

But first do a virus/spyware scan.

I do scan with superantispyware it came up clean and so did malware so i dont havel logs to post? how do i reinstall Internet explorer its not in my programs list

Some computer experts suggest using browsers other than IE. These are like Mozilla or Firefox. Why do not you try one of them.

Iam using firefox right now its just annoying becuase some programs when you click on them a windows internet explorer pops up and it starts freezing so i just wanted to fix that
