Strange Internet Behaviour
« on: September 28, 2008, 04:19:23 AM »
Every so often, between 3-5 minutes, my internet stops completely, long enough to disconnect me from Ventrilo and World of Warcraft.  It's incredibly frustrating.  I want to find out if it's my ISP that is not providing enough bandwidth periodically, or if it is some malicious code on my computer.

I tend to think that it is the ISP, as both computers in my home exhibit the same problem, but I want to be sure.  Is there any way I can look at the incoming bandwidth in real-time, to see if it shuts off, or any real way to diagnose the cause of this problem?

I run XP on my laptop, and Vista on the PC upstairs, if that's relevant.  Thank you.
