Automatic page refresher

Is this a strain on your browser. In trying to keep up with the stock market, and I'm continually having to refresh manually.

Yes to both, Dow Jones, S&P, Nasdaq to be more precise. You're not one of those that likes to ask a lot of questions just to have something to do are you?

So you want to keep refreshing a web page?

There is a firefox add-on to do this, pretty neat (I have it).
