Windows Vista : Premium or Business

Hey there,
I'm a college student who is about to go into networking,
I have been offered a 64 bit Windows Vista Business for free (but am not allowed to use it for commercial use) opposing to my installed 32 bit Windows Vista  Home Premium
My problem is that I don't if I will gain any more advantage by upgrading and I will also loose some gaming performance
Plz help me decide

According to this [http://home.comcast.net/~supportCD/VistaRequirements.html], you won't lose any performance as their requirements are the same, but I would suspect Business will use more resources than Premium.

However, I have no sources or experience to back that up.
