DVD help
« on: March 23, 2005, 08:14:40 AM »
I purchased a copy of DVDCopyWare from Redxpress and can't get help. The requirements on the box (which I didn't notice until later)...asks for 400MHz and I only have 333. I have the rest of the hardware requirements by far.

Whenever I try to start up the app, my computer crashes if I already have a movie in the dirve before starting it up.
It also doesn't recognize the drive.

Not sure what to try........

I then purchased another app and whenever I select the temp drive, it tells me there's not enough space!!!! I installed a second drive (D:\) and it still has 92 GB left so I know that's not the issue. That Company also won't get back to me for support.

Yes, I registered it right away.
I also created three separate support tickets to get help with it after I registered it.

No luck with responses!!!!!

How much free space do you have on your drive?  Is the app compatible with your OS?

yes, the app is compatible.
I added an after-market drive that I was using for the app....92 GB left.

Sorry for the delay in response...I was waiting for notification of response!
