problems with my mouse

my mouse has locked up it works in safe mode i have had this problem before and resolved it but i cant remember how i did it and i dont know how to reboot it

In safe mode, try reinstalling any drivers that you have for that mouse...

What mouse........ps2...........optical/usb/wireless...does it have a flashing light like the enterprise...most lock-ups are ram/graphics..........related!does your num lock light on your keyboard stay on..More info/data on system used............o/s///make modl of pc...and how old are you!!survey of age-band of users of this service..
