sched32.exe removal

We have a PC in our clinic that has sched32.exe on it...I've searched & can't find much info on removing it. The PC runs XP Pro, has McAfee (updated & ran), cleaned out programs, etc. & even ran McAfee from sdat in safe mode. I've ran updated Spybot & Adaware also. Sched32.exe just keeps coming back. Anybody have any other suggestions?

If not, do so and post back the logs
