Recently we moved from a house to an apartment. I have a Netgear wireless receiver. Now when I open the controller part of the program (which scans and shows your signal strength pickup), there is a second user that shows up on channel 11. I am on channel 1 with 92% signal, the other 'guy' is at 27 - 35% on channel 11. Am I receiving the other 'guys' signal OR is he HI-FI'ing our wireless network???? Netgear has been no help at all, very limited support. I would appreciate hearing some advice. Also, how do I remove the rooter from sending the packets to channel 11??? Many thanks
