Both of my DVD Roms are not reading discs

So just put in a new power supply and i have everything hooked up. Both of my DVD-Roms are hooked up and when i press the button they will open. It is only listing one in the MY COMPUTER page and when i put a disc in it it says there is no disc. I dont get it please help
I have Windows Xp

How are they hooked up ? ?
IDE or SATA ? ?
Did you check the jumper settings ? ?
One needs to be master the other slave if they are on the same cable...

iam sorry dont know what ide or sata is. also  one of them is hooked up to the first part of the cord and the other one is hooked up to the second part

If it's a wide gray ribbon cable then it's IDE.....

Set jumpers as seen below:

MBoard=================================slave=======master.
