I tried using Internet Explorer with no add-ons, but I had the same problems as before.
I tried to test java on their website. I'm supposed to see their logo, but it didn't work. So I reinstalled it and I still can't see it. I followed all their instructions- but didn't help.
I also made sure I was updated with adobe/shockwave.

Install Firefox: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/, and see, if same thing happens.

Uninstall KosherNet Client Filter, restart computer, and see, if it helps.

My mother installed it on my computer and it needs a master password in order to uninstall.
I guess I can try to get her to do that.
