opening email on netzero

I have netzero as my internet server.  I try to open the inbox in my email account and it will not open.  I have 1200 emails in there that I cannot see or read. I have tried to delete netzero and reload it but that does not help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried logging into the e-mail from their webmail interface? Or is that what you're doing?
