      When exactly did this start?

Can you describe the problem in a bit more detail?

Is this a laptop or desktop?

Wave Motion? Like a wavy screen?

Can you try another monitor to make sure it's not a problem with it.

Otherwise, Roll Back your NVIDIA drivers via Device Manager/

Well, from what I can tell, it seems he only has the problem when he's scrolling the web page up and down. Just an idea.

i have m/soft windows home s/p 3 installed i did have direct x 10 series installed i have now deleted that version and reinstalled 9x which has not solved the problem internet browser is optusnet broadband. screen settings are 1024x768pixels which is the recommended setting. this is a 32bit system not 64bit 2002 celeron 2ghz 512mb wavy screen machine! i have just noticed a question mark in device manager it is concerning the video controller(vga compatible) operation theres a question mark underneath an exclamation mark >>> strange because i checked the device manager 2 days ago and it was fine!! but i have not checked since this trouble began

Um... Not to try and be difficult or anything, but... From what I can tell, OptusNet Broadband is an internet service provider, not an actual web browser. By web browser, I mean like; Internet Explorer, or Mozila Firefox. And, if OptusNet Broadband is a web browser, could we please have a link to the web page?

ohhh righty then its internet explorer and wavy motion only appears while i am on any network site .. it does not have wave motion when i am in my start menu options. although if i move the slider bar to move across the screen the wave motion still travels down the screen.. not across it.. i also got the install wizard to connect the vga compatable ..video controller and it noted that it could not find the driver.. i dont have a video driver to watch dvds but i also dont know if this is what the wizard refers to.
