Voted Yes, since being a web developer requires you test and run all browsers. Still going to remain a FF user since based on the overview don't see many things that impress me and FF has IE beat in plugins.

Official IE8 download at:

I'm surprised half of you would since it's still considered buggy and after the post made prior to this.

ie8 is not really buggy. it looks better than ie7 visually but FF is still the default

Chrome is not bad, but it's just needs more time to work as it's still new but I like chrome's sandboxed feature though. Malware or security issues can't be deployed easily that way.

I voted yes...though FF is my default, as well.  I still have to use other browsers like IE, Opera, Safari so that I can test these against new additions to my site.

...anyway, I need to stay current, too.

i wished there was a megabrowser for developers. All the browsers stuck into one app so that website developers only have to run their pages once through the megabrowser app to get the results from all the major browsers to see them all at once.

I tried it but I was too used to firefox at this point.
And firefox has more add-ons.  :)

I've installed it but like others still use Firefox because of all the add-ons.

seven is better then six or eight I find that haveing multi windows open in the task bar can cause issues.  The nice thing is that seven compacts them into tabs.
