    really need some help please

    i did a windows update now my laptop just says installing update 3 of 3 0% and does nothing else tried rebooting just goes back to same screen also tried booting in safe mode just shuts itself down and reboots back to installing update page any help really appreciated

      Use your Vista disc to repair the installation. Once you are able to get to your desktop again, download and install this and try again:
