well I made a short cut of the files on the desktop and I was able to see the unblocker thing, I deleted and restarted, but they were still there.... should I try to take control of them from the desktop?

Try highlingting the file and pressing shift+delete.

If that doesn't work, click Start then Run and type in: cmd  and press enter. This will bring up the command window. Now use the del command to delete the files.

          At command prompt type in:
          del C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Shared\offending_file
where instead of "offending_file" put exact name of the file, you want to delete (including extension, like .jpeg)
          Note the space after "del".

Hit Enter, and see, if you'll get delete confirmation.

I had the same issue before and nothing would work.  The only way I was able to remove the file was to actually delete the folder it was in, which took care of the file as well.  However, mine was a music folder, so yours is an essential folder.  I dont know how to do it, but possibly Broni does.  Is there a way to move whatever else is in the folder to another folder and then delete the first folder with the vulgar files in it? (lol I know, wordy).

              At command prompt type in:
              cd C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Shared
              (note the space after "cd")
              Hit Enter.
Now the command prompt should look like this:
              C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Shared>
              Type in:
              dir
              Hit Enter.
              Are those files listed there?

                type in:
                del offending_file_name_goes_here
                (note the space after "del")
offending_file_name_goes_here must be exact name of the file (letter by letter, dot by dot)

                Hit Enter.

Type dir again, hit Enter, and see, if the file is still there.
