    Hijackthis
    Malwarebytes
    SAS
    CCleaner
    Sandboxie

Just don't download anything your not sure of or atleast check with us first, run AV scans as much as possible and don't click on emails that you don't know the sender although most AV programmes should help you there. Run CCleaner when you can to free up some space and malwarebytes, SAS will get rid of any filth on your computer. Run a de-frag once in a while say once a month to help keep things in order. Sandboxie will help stop any new problems on your computer.
