My Computer
« on: August 09, 2009, 06:33:01 PM »
I built this computer about 6 months ago and have been upgrading it ever since. Here are the specs:

650 watt PSU from stopthenoise.com
Foxconn MCP73M05 motherboard
Core2Duo E6320 1.86 GHz (Overclocked to 2.42 GHz)
4 GB DDR2 - 6400 Kingston HyperRAM (overclocked to 402.5 MHz)
GeForce 8400 GS - 512 MB (Overclocked core from 567 MHz to 715 MHz and memory from 400 MHz to 519 MHz)
IDE DVD reader (very old)
1 TB SATA at 3 Gb/s with a 32MB cache and 7200 RPM
Windows 7 RC (pre-ordered Home Premium)

Everything is on stock cooling right now. I'm looking for a 3rd party cooler for my GPU since it's too loud.
I help run my home improvement and home automation forum.

I've never been a fan of OC, but what I do when my truck makes noise is to turn up the stereo :)

Looks like a good setup and I'd imagine based off what you're using a pretty quite setup. I've got your SBCC icon also added to your profile.
