Sound Card Driver Help!

Iv just reinstalled XP Pro on my mates computer and everything is working as it should i got all the drivers of the dell website and for some reason its tell me that the audio driver im trying to install is incorrect and i dunno how to get the audio working any ideas ?

Is there any mark against the audio driver in Device Manager, if so right click this device, select update driver, let it go on the WEB to try and find a driver, see if that works.

If not, download and install PCWizard 2009 http://www.cpuid.com/pcwizard.php, select Multimedia, this will then identify your sound device (Audio device), then you can search for the drivers.
