PC doesn't recognize two hard disk drives
« on: June 10, 2005, 07:52:51 PM »
I recently went to play one of my computer games, and it came back with an error saying it couldn't find the CD/DVD drive.  I thought it could be the game that wasnt functioning, however, when I went into windows explorer, my CD and DVD hard drivers weren't listed!!
Does anyone know how I can get the computer to... remember it has them?

Thanks for your help, as you can see I'm not the best with computer problems...  :P

  • Scan for Viruses
  • Scan for Spyware
  • Scan for Trojan Horses

I checked for SpyWare and Adware with Norton AntiVirus, and I checked to make sure the cables were all plugged in properly at the back.  I rebooted, and still nothing.  I will try the patch.

Thanks so much for help, I really needed it  :)
