HiJackThis Unable to fix Problems

My buddies computer that I am working on was seriously jacked up when he gave it to me. I have already removed a lot of malware and trojans but there are still problems. I am posting the log for the most recent HiJackThis scan. It wont fix any of the recommended problems.

Also when I try to run ComboFix it says that Ad-Watch Live scan is running and it is not even installed on the computer. I cant find anywhere taht it could possibly be. Even when I try to install Ad-Aware AE it gives me an error code of 2343.

Any suggestions would be great.

I ran the program and checked all of the ones that it said to and it goes thru the process but they don't get fixed or removed. There is something that is getting tied up somewhere that is not let it resolve the problems.
