Im not sure where this goes.

Every time i try to install java 1.5.0 i get this message.

help please

Which operating system is this? Are you the administrator account on this computer?

I am on windows xp. And yes im on the administrator account of this computer

Redownload the installer. It may be corrupted.

I did, it still says the same thing.

This is where i origonally got it. Just to make sure does it matter where i save it? Because i have been saving it to desktop.

http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/adware_spyware.xml  or try another browser like firefox....from mozilla.. msofts fault again....><>.winxp does not support java ..en quote.

still doesnt work. If i was to get the java on a disk would it maybe work then?

No, it only occurs when i try to install java. As for the java installation guide ive spent hours looking at that.
