computer software
« on: October 21, 2009, 10:01:35 AM »
I have a Toshiba Equim Laptop P200D, Twin (2x40 GB) Athlon processor. My problem is, which drives me to distraction, is that the Vista C memory  is continually running at around 90% capacity, whilst the Vista E is only at  20% usage. Despite defragging, disc cleaning , i cannot get the usage down on C and utilise E. Where poss any new stuff I Save to E but is there any way I can make better use of the two halves- it seems a waste, that in effect  the majority of work is being carried out on the one half of the processor.
I get the feeling that I am missing something somewhere, which I put down to either my inexperience or am I just plain Stoopid ?

Your help would be appreciated   Thanks   Dogbyte

Your terminology is unclear here....memory usage ? ?  HDD free space ? ? CPU usage ? ?
