I have a acer laptop it is a WINDOWS VISTA.

IT GO TO WELCOME AND IT GO TO A ERROR
THE ERROR SAY
CONFIGURING UPDATES STAGE 3 OR 3 - 0
AND IT RESTART IT DO THAT OVER AND OVER
can some one please help.

First of all can you disable your caps key so you are not seeming to SHOUT!
You need to go to your last restore point and start again.
If you need help doing this then we will help.
