A K-Line or kill line is an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) configuration line that prohibits a country, domain, IP (Internet Protocol), individual, or ISP (Internet service provider) from accessing the server. A K-Line may have been done for any number of reasons. Therefore, if you cannot access a server because of a K-Line, we recommend you contact the administrator of that server.
