Mediation

Mediation describes a neutral third-party who helps others reach an agreement through negotiation. In business and commercial mediation the mediation can be B2B (business-to-business), B2E (business-to-employee), or B2C (business-to-consumer). For example, a mediator can assist with compensation, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace grievances between employees and the employer.
