UCB may refer to any of the following:

1. UCB is a misspelling for USB (Universal Serial Bus) port or cable.

2. Short for Unit Control Block, UCB is a memory structure control block used with the IBM mainframe operating system that holds I/O device information. For example, this block of information may contain the state of the device and its available features. To view and access the UCB information use an UCB service such as the UCBLOOK or UCBSCAN command.
