    what is the use of master and slave in hard disk? can anyone explain it to me? whew thanks. :-*

    I'll throw you a bone...in a nutshell the master drive normally contains the OS and all applications and the slave drive is used for additional storage...

    Let me know how i scored ont the Test BTW...

        BTW is the hdd always have master and slave? and what is the position of a jumper settings in master and slave?  ;)

                The difference is I have never heard of the former. "Dual master/slave"? What does that mean? with a Master/Slave set you already have a Duo of drives, so is a Dual Master/Slave setup two masters+two slaves?
                I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

                    no i just search for the image of dual master/slave. and i just want to know what is the meaning of this.
