could not load opengl subsystem

can someone tell me how to fix this whenever i try to load a game such a wolfenstein and medal of honor allied assault spearhead it comes up with this GLW_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystem does anyone know how i cud fix this

Install the correct drivers or obtain a videocard that is OpenGL compatible.
