At first my computer was working in top notch; however I had several issues with " Black/White/Gray/ etc etc color screens; I presume it was overheating since No virus, malware was present. With overheating as my first guess; I start to clean my CPU heat sink [ Fan ] . while using a Q-tip on the heat sink dust wasn't present. Therefore I had no issues with Color Screens. Everything was working fine for several months.
However a month ago I had no problem with my USB ports; then I had a " Unknown Device " Install. With that problem arise; I did several forum/solution search.
1 - Start in Safe Mood - Control Panel > Device Manager > Universal S bus > Unknown Device > Right Click Uninstall > Restart [ This didn't solve the issue; at desktop re-installing that "Unknown Device" was still present ] Next I decide to uninstall ALL USB > Windows reinstall. Problem no longer exist.
However two days ago; I was on my computer watching anime on youtube then my screen with Black. Power was present in my tower and my monitor was working. Since I couldn't do anything; I hold my power button for a few seconds [ 3 ] it shut down safely. Pushing the button once more; the light came on/ off / on / off / on.
Finally it decide to stay constant; however passing boot screen was an issue. I try a few times and the same results with power / off and on / + Cannot pass boot screen. So i was thinking could it be a corrupt software; let me system restore to an earlier point. While i was in the process of system restore; it frozen once more. I waited for 15 mins to see if it was move; but nothing. Restart once more to system restore to see I didn't any my "Points". Without any options left system factory was decided. I back up my data [ So it wasn't an issue ]
After system factory, everything was fine. My drivers + USB were working like brand new. However yesterday [ Oct 11 2011 ]; I had that problem once more " Unknown Device " Installing.
Software such as FireFox/AVG/CCleaner/Gooogle Chrome/Speccy/Open Office/Unknown Device ID 7.00/ were my only downloads.
Using Unknown Device
* If the full DeviceList notepad is needed, simply ask. *
* Using unknown device ID 7.00 I cannot find any problems listed [ No red lines of any device ]

Methods I did
1 - Uninstall every USB > Reboot > Windows Install > Problem once more
2 - " " [ Safe Mood ] > Reboot > Problem once more
3 - Update Nvidia Drivers / USB Drives / Windows SP1> SP2
3 - Malware scan; No Malware / Any form of Virus /
4 - System Factory > Problem came up after a week days [ As i mention above ]
5 - DriverScan > All my USB [ Green Check ]
6 - Uninstall Display Adapter [ Nvidia Geforce 9100] > Problem exist
