ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 Pixel Shader Problems

I have tried to run some game demos on my Gateway laptop from August 2003 and they say my video card can't support pixel shader 1.1....I know you will say to buy a new card, but that is not an option right now....is there some program I can download to update my card or am I just out of luck?

Try going to the Gateway site, looking up your model and seeing if there is an update for your video card.

Install the latest drivers and Direct X 9.0C

Laptops aren't meant for a games, buy a new desktop.

Updating a video adapter on a laptop is usually not an option anyway. You would need to get a new machine to game with, and laptops are not great for this any way unless you spend a lot of buck$.

The Raeon 7 series? I would have thought all chose cards would have de-composed by now, but what do i know.

You going to have to buy a new card, seriously its not hard and there is nothing u can do with software (I dont think they make drivers for the Radeion 7 series anymore).

Your Radeon 7500 has Pixel Shader: N/A   I find that funny. Maybe its because my X1900XT has PS 3.0, or maybe its because my last PS N/A card, the Voodoo 3 is loong gone.
