Once you provide me with the model, I will see waht I can do about finding you an online guide for your computer.

Well I know someone who will open the PC tomorow... he do it for me. it need too be the graphic card I think cause its nothing wrong with my screen and its nothing wrong with my cabels..

okey I opened my computer and I cleaned the graphic card and all... and I took it back but I still got the same problem.. I did everything.. anyone know any new thing I can try with? I changed screen/cables same prob.. i checked the graphic card.. it's right..what too do???? Well my computer was like my screeb first but then I took all eletric from the computer and took of all cables in 20sec.. and then i took every cable back and the computer starts too load now..(not going in power saving mode) but the screen still goes in power saving mode when I start it! What should I do everyone? :-/

hmmm..... seeing you're posing on this fourm, you obviously have another computer....so in the mean time, is it possible you bring your computer to a nearby store or something and see if they can find out what's wrong. They might say 'come back in a week' or maybe less but at least you can have 'professionals' look at your computer and find out what's wrong.
This might cost a bit of money but seeing how desperate you seem to be, i think it's worth it......
