when my computer boot up window come up and blink out and then I get a black wondow, with this massage.   C:/>   Please tell me what to do!!!

Is any version installed on the computer or was any version of Windows installed on the computer? If so what version of Windows?

If you have Windows, type in WIN to access Windows.

Just for fun -        type           ver           at that command line, and hit enter.
