e:/ is not accesible i/o device error

can someone pls help me. everytime i  try to open my usb there would always be an error message saying "e:\ is not accesible because of an i'o device error. what could be the problem? and how can i solve this?

Welcome to the CH forums.

e:\ is what?  Printer/scanner/flash-drive/hard-drive.  How are we to know?
