I'm planning to just get the best FREE ware.
Planning is not good enough.

Uninstall BitDefender through Add\Remove, and install free AVG: http://free.grisoft.com/
Post back, when done.

OK. We'll deal with it later. Hold on while I check HJT log again.

      4. Click on Fix checked button.

      Restart in Safe Mode.

      5. Open Windows Explorer. Go Tools>Folder Options>View tab, put a checkmark next to Show hidden files, and folders.

      6. Delete following files/folders (if present):

      - BearShare Applications, BitDefender, Grisoft, Video ActiveX Object, Messenger, and Viewpoint folders from C:\Program Files
      - BitDefender folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files
      - search your computer for traywc.exe, and delete all instances

      7. Try to restart in Normal Mode. Let me know, if you can.

Well I did as you said, other than restart in normal mode yet, and came up with the following road blocks/errors:

"Cannot delete avgse.dll: access is denied"
"Cannot delete bdutils.dll: access is denied"
"Cannot delete bdshelxt.dll: access is denied"
"Cannot delete txmlx.dll: access is denied"

I also could not locate "Video ActiveX Object" or "Viewpoint" folders.

Edit: Started normal and still could not click or do any functions. Only move the mouse.

Try to restart in Normal Mode, first. If you can't, give me new HJT log from Safe Mode.

              Those services are gone...good.
              Open HJT, and checkmark these:
              - O2 - BHO: WormRadar.com IESiteBlocker.NavFilter - {3CA2F312-6F6E-4B53-A66E-4E65E497C8C0} - C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG8\avgssie.dll (file missing)

Open Windows Explorer, and delete AVG folder from C:\Program Files

Restart in Safe Mode. Post new HJT log.
